Fencing Community Loses Another Friend

A wake for Phil Smyth will be held Sunday from 1-4:00pm and Monday from 6-9:00pm at Caggiano Funeral Home at the intersection of Glenridge Ave. and Grove Street in Montclair. The funeral will be held at Immaculate Conception on North Fullerton Street, Montclair on Tuesday. All are welcome to attend.

Banquet Invitation

The All-State Awards Banquet will be held on Sunday, May 15, in Randolph.  The invitation has been posted on the Resources page.  The invitation is due back by April 22.  Honorees attend gratis as guests of the NJIFA.  The cost for all others is only $45.

The  referees’ association for NJ HS fencing has issued a two-page paper emphasizing certain rules all coaches must read.  It is recommended for all fencers, as well.  It is available on the RESOURCES page.
